Hi! I have been collecting cookbooks for years. Some people who know me claim I have "too many," but I beg to differ!! Some are very old, but some are very current. I also inherited a vast library of cookbooks from a relative and have not even touched the tip of the iceberg
with using and or looking at them. Thusly, I have decided to select a cookbook and find some recipes that would be fun to make and share my experiences with you. Happy cooking! This is going to be a challenge since I use cookbooks as a guide not as an inflexible tool!
